Our friends from SMK Subang Jaya are having their blood drive this coming month. So please do spread the word to your family members and friends to help support this good cause!

Below are more details about it:

Saturday, 24th April 2010, SMK SUBANG JAYA will be having it's Canteen Day yet again.

And this time, BSM SL(Y) 119 will be having a

Blood Donation drive

with the

Klang Hospital.

This cause is taking place in our school hall, Dewan Sri SMKSJ, from 8.30am to 3pm.

You are eligible to donate IF:

- You are in good health on that day.

- You are between 18 to 60 years of age

- You weigh more than 45 KG

- You had more than 5 hours of sleep

- You are free from any medical problems

eg. high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, operation <6>

- You have not taken any antibiotics in the last one week

- You are not pregnant or just delivered

- You have taken breakfast or light lunch before donating blood

- You are NOT involved in any of the following:

* Homosexual relationships

* Bisexual relationship

* Multiple sexual partners

* Having sexual contact with those mentioned above

* Drug abuse

* Interval between your last donation is more than 3 months

As we know, we had a lil' celebration for our sport marching team 2010 at HSL Kar Men's place for their effort. It was a nice get-together with good food .

On top of that we celebrated HSL Kar Men's dad and cousin's birthday.

Sports Day Marching Practice

Hello to all,

We are sorry for being M.I.A for a bit due to our busy schedule. Anyhow we are back with important announcements.

Attention to all Sports Day marchers, here are the dates for marching practices:

Thursday (18/2/2010) : 8-11a.m

Friday (19/2/2010) : 8-12p.m

Saturday (20/2/2010) : 8-12.30 p.m.

Sunday (21/2/2010) : 4-6 p.m.

All marching practices will be held at Belinda's court. As usual come in your PJ attire and bring lots of water.

Sports Day Marching Practice

Dear members and recruits,

Firstly, we would like to thank everyone who came for our very first meeting of 2010. We hope to see you guys during meetings through out the year. :)

As most of you know, Sports Day is around the corner. (Rumored to be on the 25th, not confirmed though) Thus marching practice starts! Details of it are as below:

BSMM Xmas BBQ Party 2009

Hey everyone!

As all of you know we had our 2009 Xmas BBQ Party last Saturday at my place. I am super duper thankful for those who made it and rocked the party. :) For those of you who didn't come, do not be sad, as we'll always have next year and the years to come. So for those who didn't come here's a little preview of what happened:

Members started to come as early as 7.00p.m, (I'm sure they were really eager and excited). They made their way to the entrance where David waited patiently to register them. :) By 8.00 p.m. the house was filled with laughter and bustling members.

What was on the menu that night?

Chicken Wings, Sausages, Buttered Bread, Salad, chips, fried bihun and chocolate chip cookies.

Joe Ee, Pei Wen, Kah Meng & Kai Boon looked cute in their coordinated christmas hats.

We form fours took the opportunity to smile for the camera as well.

Some were seen chatting away by the pool , taking photos and just catching up on the holidays.

Former seniors & form fives had the opportunity to walk down the memory lane from the old photo albums.

By 9.30 p.m. we had everyone to gather at the living room for some fun activities.

David and Wen Yee conducted the 'Match-making Game' which got everyone on their feet and finding similarities in any of the members. Those who couldn't get a partner with the same similarity had to be punished. Here are some of their punishments:

Then we had a special impromptu performance by HSL Kar Men on the guitar and myself on the piano . We sang Beautiful by Christina Aguilera and It's not Easy from Superman.
